Reading Strategies
These are the reading strategies we use in class when we are stuck on a word we don't know. We usually start with Lips the Fish and Eagle Eye. Then we move to Chunky Monkey and Stretchy Snake. Finally, I introduce Skippy Frog, Flippy the Dolphin, and Tryin' Lion. Use these strategies at home when reading with your child.
